SUMMARY:
This seminar is an introduction to the most widely used impact evaluation approaches in Economics nowadays, therefore, it makes emphasis in the estimation and interpretation of results from a causal perspective. Its main goal is that participants learn about each method’s assumptions, advantages and disadvantages; and become able to implement the empirical strategy most suitable in each evaluation scenario.
